Are you between 18 and 29 years old? This is a great
opportunity to connect with other young adults through encouraging
conversations and activities. Young family with kids? Same here, so childcare is available! We want you to be encouraged, connected, and growing in your faith alongside others who understand the unique challenges of this stage of life. Each meeting includes meaningful discussion, prayer, and plenty of laughter. Come as you are and bring a friend—can’t wait to meet you!

The Life is our monthly young adult worship gathering at LifeSpring Church in Norman, created specifically for ages 18–29. We meet on the last Thursday of every month from 7:00–8:30 PM for a powerful night of worship, teaching, and community. The Life is a space to slow down, encounter Jesus, and connect with other young adults who are navigating real life and real faith together. Whether you’re new to church or have been around for years, you’re invited to come as you are and be refreshed, encouraged, and challenged to live the life God has for you.

Parenting is tough, and it can so easily become isolating. We want to build community with other young families through fun (and cheap) outings. It might be a picnic (BYOF) in a park, it might be a lawn game night in our yard, or maybe a projector movie night. What is a a “young family,” you ask? If you have kids from infants through elementary, or have a family and feel young at heart, we would love for you to join us.
