Women's Ministry

Women's Ministry at LifeSpring is built on four pillars:
Bible, Prayer, Service, & Fellowship.
It's not just ministry for women; it's ministry by women.

Bible

Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.
Joshua 1:8 (NIV)

Prayer

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Philippians 4:6 (NIV)

Service

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
1 Peter 4:10 (NIV)

Fellowship

Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.
Act 2:46 (NIV)

UPCOMING EVENTS

“We need to do away with the image of the well-coiffed, perfectly put-together Christian woman and make room for diverse ethnic groups, the single woman, the single mom, the working mom, the work-at-home mom, the theologian, the scholar, the woman nurturing a radical dream for ministry … if we are not reaching them, [if we are not] equipping them we are not fulfilling the Great Commission.” (Halee Gray Scott, Dare Mighty Things, 2014)

Ministry Director

Lisa Smith

Lisa's goal for this ministry is to create a welcoming space where women can build meaningful relationships, connect with Jesus Christ, and receive support for challenges that are often better addressed by other women. Many issues, such as infertility, miscarriage, loss of a child, infidelity, sexual assault, abuse, and mental illness, are commonly shared among women, making a judgment-free, supportive environment essential. Lisa's goal is to show Christ's love by meeting people where they are and inspiring the women of LifeSpring to serve others and fulfill the Great Commission both inside and outside the church.
