Jeff is the Lead Pastor of LifeSpring Church in Norman, OK where God is using him to lead people into life through Christ. Since coming to Norman over a decade ago, his leadership and passion for Christ has been instrumental in the growth of LifeSpring Church. Jeff is a gifted teacher, communicator and a loving pastor.

David serves as the Youth Pastor at LifeSpring Church, where he is dedicated to inspiring and equipping the next generation to live out their faith through a vibrant, personal relationship with God. Together with his wife, Caren, David is passionate about fostering growth and leadership among young people. They are blessed with three wonderful children—Oliver, Hope, and Ezra—who bring joy and energy to their lives. David’s commitment to the Kingdom is reflected in his heartfelt ministry and the way he leads with purpose and love.

Bobby has answered the call of God and faithfully leads our LifeSpring Kids Ministry alongside his wife Loren. He is passionate about leading our children
in their walk with Christ and loving them the way Jesus does.

Aaron leads our Worship & Audio/Video/Lighting teams here at LifeSpring.  
He first began leading worship at 14 years old, and has since received both his Bachelor’s & Master’s Degrees in Music (Emphasis in Classical Guitar Performance) from the University of Oklahoma. He is passionate about leading worship; singing to the Lord & proclaiming his salvation day after day!

Lisa joined the staff as Communications Director in January 2025. She has been an active member of LifeSpring Church for over 20 years, where she also serves as the Women’s Ministry Director. With a background in writing & communications, business, and management, Lisa is passionate about creating clear, impactful messages that connect with both the church and the broader community. In her role at LifeSpring, she oversees communications such as texts, letters, and newsletters, ensuring the church’s message reaches and resonates with those it serves. Lisa’s dedication to service and her heart for the LifeSpring family make her a valued and integral part of the church’s mission to Love Jesus, Serve People, and Share Life.

Chad joined the staff at Lifespring in September 2007. Chad leads our livestream on Facebook every Sunday morning at 9:30am. Chad enjoys connecting with people in our community and across the world.
