The Essentials
What's included
$250 per camper covers the full week, including round-trip transportation and lunch on the drive home Friday. A $50 deposit holds your child's spot - the balance is due before camp.

Camp is held at Camp Cargill, the Assemblies of God campground in Sparks, OK - about an hour east of the church.

Before You Pack
What to bring
- Twin bedding - pillow, sleeping bag, etc.
- Toiletries - shampoo, soap, toothbrush, deodorant & towel
- Bible, water bottle, notebook & pen
- Sunscreen
- Spending money - we recommend no more than $20 (concessions $1-$5, merch $10-$40; debit/credit accepted)
Clothing guidelines
- Modest clothes they can get dirty in. Shoes required at all times. Casual dress is fine for the evening service - no pajamas.
- Clothing should cover the back, sides, and midriff. No visible undergarments, spaghetti straps, or tight-fitting clothing.
- Nothing displaying drugs, substances, or inappropriate language. Skirts, dresses & shorts around fingertip length; pants should cover all undergarments.
Water activities (lake, splash pad, etc.): everyone wears dark-colored shirts and shorts.
What not to bring
- Outside food or drink in the cabins (water is fine)
- Personal electronics, including phones
- Tobacco products
- Weapons, including pocket knives
- Illegal substances
- Skateboards, scooters, etc.
- A bad attitude
Medication
All medication - prescription, over-the-counter, natural/homeopathic, and essential oils - must be turned in to the camp nurse at check-in.
- Put your child's medication in a Ziploc bag.
- Label it with their name, plus "LifeSpring Church" and "Norman, OK."
- Keep everything in its original bottle or packaging (this includes OTC).
- Hand it to a leader at Monday check-in - we'll get it to the nurse.
Heads up: the nurse can't accept medication that's out of its original packaging or past its expiration date. Please double-check before camp.
