Essentials 201

On Sunday, November 3rd, you can attend our Essentials 201 class. In this class, you will discover the tools to live a vibrant Christian life. The 60 minute class will begin at 9:30 in the lobby. You can sign up by checking the Essentials 201 box on the back of a Communication Card or in our app.

Norman Fall Fest

We are participating in the Norman Fall Fest again this year on October 25th from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Over 10,000 people attend this event each year and it is our opportunity to introduce ourselves to people in our community in a fun way. Our goal this year is to bring 10,000 pieces of candy and we need your help! You can drop bags of candy at the Coffee Bar through October 23rd or you can give through our app by choosing Fall Fest Candy. We are also in need of volunteers to help with the event. You can sign up for one or more hours outside of the auditorium doors across from the Resource Center.

Reach

For the month of October, we are excited to partner with Compassion International to provide care for Compassion children around the world. This month, every 6 check-ins will provide a day of care for a child in need. Compassion International is a child-advocacy ministry that pairs compassionate people with those who are suffering from poverty. The ministry releases children from spiritual, economic, social, and physical poverty. The goal is for each child to become a responsible and fulfilled adult. Around the world, approximately 200,000 children are enrolled in Compassion programs while they wait for a sponsor. The hashtag this month is #compassion4kids.
