Community Groups Break
LifeSpring Community Groups are a great way to grow your relationship with God and others in our church. The groups are taking their regularly scheduled break for the month of May. But you can make plans to join our Summer Community Groups starting in June. Keep an eye out for more information coming soon.
Kids Camp
Summer is almost here and that means kids camp! Each year LifeSpring Kids is blessed with the opportunity to spend a few days dedicated to learning more about God and how to build healthy Christian friendships. Camp this year is for kids who have completed 1st - 6th grade. We will be attending a day camp in Ada, OK, called Cornerstone Kid’s Ranch. Registration is only $108.00 for this 4 day camp on June 20-23. We will be leaving the church each morning at 7:30 a.m. and will return at 5:30 p.m. Registration is due by May 22nd. Stop by LifeSpring Kids to pick up a registration packet and see Pastor Ben with any questions.
Reach
This May our church will provide food for mothers and their new babies in need! Every 5 Facebook check-ins at LifeSpring Church will provide 1 day of food for a mother and her new baby through Compassion International. Compassion International is the world’s leading authority in holistic child development through sponsorship. Through their ‘Child Survival Program’, Compassion was able to help over 30,000 mothers and babies so far. The program is run in places like Haiti, El Salvador, Kenya, and Indonesia - where mothers and babies need the most help. The first priority in promoting effective child development is to ensure that children survive the early years when they are most vulnerable to disease and malnutrition. Thanks for being involved with our outreach efforts. Remember, your Facebook check-ins not only provide food for mothers and their babies, they also gently invite your friends to participate in our church community.
