Dream Team Appreciation Dinner
At LifeSpring Church, we appreaciate everyone that volunteers as a part of our Dream Team. And in your honor, we have prepared a special evening just for you! On Monday, November 14th, we are hosting our annual Dream Team Appreciation Dinner at Heyday, here in Norman. We have reserved 8 lanes for bowling and will be providing pizza and soft drinks. Childcare will provided at the church from 6 to 9 pm along with a happy meal from McDonalds. If you would like to join us, you can use your communication card to RSVP. Simply write in "RSVP Dream Team Appreciation Dinner" on the back of the card in the comments section. I hope you will join us and let us express our deep gratitude for what you do each week at LifeSpring church.
Clothing Drive
In an effort to help our local community, we will be holding a mobile clothing closet at Food and Shelter in downtown Norman on November 12th. From now until November 12th, we will be accepting donations of gently used clothing, as well as new socks and underwear. Donations can be dropped off at the clothing donation box across from the Welcome Center. For more information, or if you would like to volunteer for the event, see Kelly Butner or you can email us at staff@lifespringnorman.com.
Reach
For the month of October, we are partnering with Compassion International to provide loving care for children living in poverty.
Every 6 check-ins provides 1 day of care for a child in need.
Compassion International is a child-advocacy ministry that pairs compassionate people with those who are suffering from poverty. The ministry releases children from spiritual, economic, social, and physical poverty. The goal is for each child to become a responsible and fulfilled adult. When you check in on Facebook, make sure to add #compassion4kids to your posts. It’s a great way to remind your friends and family why you’re checking in!
